SECTION 1: What is an Activito partnership?
1- Partnership allows an organization to offer its products, services, activities, events in a way that is more organized and effective in a given region. For example, the Handicaped Association would like to publicize in a more personalized way their activities for a given sector. See the partnership examples below.
In some cases of partnership, publicity is free on Activito – but a commission is charged on sales of products and services. In other cases, wholesale or reduced pricing applies because of volume. Finally, in certain situations, a partner becomes a re-seller, an advance man, an active representative or other to handle promotion on Activito. Every partnership is different.

DISPLAY ADS
In the case of certain large established portals, there are display ads (large ads) offered for lease of publicity to corporations, merchants and others who want more visibility. Publicity brokers may, on a commission basis, fully manage sales of publicity on these Activito display ads. This possibility thus exists for the display ads and sponsorships des.écribed below. The costs are generally 15% of the gross amount of the sale. In the event that Activito wishes to do publicity by radio, TV, newspapers, or others, these publicity brokers publicitaires will often obtain these services at half price – charging Activito 15% on the advertising savings realized by Activito.

3- How to become a partner?
1- Submit your proposal in principle or your idea in writing and send it electronically or on paper to the address under the heading CONTACT of this site. WE ADVISE YOU HOWEVER THAT, IF YOU SUBMIT AN OFFER UNSOLLICITED BY ACTIVITO OR ITS AFFILIATED AGENTS , YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK and that Activito is under no bond, obligation or other such thing to pay expenses, fees, commissions or other. We work in private, under several partnerships not shared with the public, and it is possible that one of said partnerships be equivalent to your proposal or similar or complementary – without binding us to a partnership with you. Otherwise, we prefer that you not submit your proposal. This said, it is obvious that said partnership proves to be of interest to Activito or its affiliates, and if you have the right product, the right agreement and conditions, that there will be a possibility of doing business together.
2- After brief examination of your proposal, and if Activito is interested in a further meeting, we will contact you.
3- After such meeting, if we arrive at an agreement in principle to undertake a pilot or any such thing, formal agreements will be drawn up.
4- Some key criteria to take into consideration before submitting your proposal:
a) The market targeted has been well defined and is founded on facts or documents relatively solid and proven
b) You have a well founded business and marketing plan. The deliverables are well identified and dated.
c) The feasibility of the project has been demonstrated. The project is ready to begin on a pilot basis.
d) The key phases of the project are well identified (setup, pilot, launch) – generally a maximum of 3 months per phase.
e) You have the financing or backing required to launch this partnership (except for the precise contribution expected from Activito).
f) The reputation of the principals is clear of any legal or criminal encumbrance and in good moral standing.
g) The proposal respects the moral values (family aspect) of Activito (no porno, no extreme violence, nothing illegal, etc.)
h) Your expectations for success and profit sharing are well defined.
