STEPS FOR ADVERTISING ON ACTIVITO

SECTION 1: Standard text ads, with or without banner(s)
1- View the youtube video on how to do a search on Activito to familiarize yourself with the final results of an Activito search.
2- View the video on creation of accounts and advertising
Your ad will be available and searchable at the following search levels where applicable (your ad is in the red circle of the figure below):

3- Start by creating your account. It must be validated. You are automatically assigned 90 days of text ads. For additional ads, you must request them from your Activito territory manager. For certain organizations, text ads are free. For others, the average is $1 a day per ad. So, if you want 365 ads (one a day), you can expect to pay about $1 a day or, by batch, $300 for the 365 days.
4- Identify in advance all the information on events, activities, … as follows:
a) Name of the activity: For example: Sidewalk sales, New computers, 2for1 sales, Special guests such as The Gospel Singers from Calgary. Every word in the name of the activity is indexed and searchable on Activito.
b) Frequency of the event: daily, weekly, monthly, annual, occasional, single occurrence
c) Generic description: 250 characters or less (including spaces), including times, contact phone number, email, price, conditions, and other useful information – For example: Everybody welcome. Invite your family and friends. Nursery services available 1-5 years. 514-555-3432.
d) All keywords, including the nationality and country of origin, guest artist, product model, etc.
e) Create the appropriate banner(s): A banner is not obligatory, but it always attracts attention. Dimensions are350 x 50 pixels. For example: 
5- Send us your banners, along with the account number you have created. You will soon be able to load your banners directly.
6- Once you have received confirmation from your bank of banners (you can send others at any time), you can create ads.
7- Once created, make sure that the ads are completely accurate as to information. If not, you will have to cancel them or correct them one by one.
NOTE: DISAPPEARING ADS: It is possible that your ads are not immediately viewable by the public, depending on several factors such as filtered words, authorization or approval levels, etc. Also, we periodically verify or validate ads before release.

SECTION 2: Commercial ads (display ads, sponsorships)
DISPLAY AD
The cost of display ads varies according to the following criteria:
- portal (local, regional, provincial, national), size of the ad (large banner, bigbox, etc.), frequency of publication, number of impressions, number of clicks, publication dates, publication times, traffic, etc.
- submit your needs to your Activito representative and we will return with a proposition for pricing and a corresponding strategy.
- We would like to point out that the portals are created first of all for a given sector (a city, a region, a province) when somebody purchases the portal. There is at least one national portal for every country, which must exist before creating provincial or city portals. Moreover, within a geographic portal, it is possible to create a theme portal such as Country-Western, Retro, Sports Montreal, Evangelical Montreal, in addition to the general geographic site for Montreal covering all these activities.
ACTIVITO SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITY
